2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the high computational costs of AI services, we generally do not offer refunds for completed billing cycles. TurboSum relies on third-party providers (such as YouTube and Google AI); while we strive for maximum uptime, temporary service interruptions caused by third-party platform changes (e.g., YouTube bot detection or API deprecations) do not qualify for a full refund. For specific technical issues or pro-rated refund requests, please contact our support team.
