1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TurboSum, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
TurboSum provides AI-driven summarization tools for text, URLs, files, web search, and browser-extension workflows. TurboSum is currently focused on users in Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, the Philippines, the United Arab Emirates, and India. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, product changes, or provider availability.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you submit, upload, summarize, or process through TurboSum. You must have the right to submit that content and must not use TurboSum for illegal, harmful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized purposes. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your use of TurboSum in your location.
4. Account Eligibility & Age
You may use TurboSum only if you can lawfully enter into these Terms and use the service under applicable law. TurboSum is not intended for children under 13 or for minors where parental or guardian consent is required by applicable law. If you create an account or use paid features, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
5. AI-Generated Output
TurboSum uses artificial intelligence and third-party services to generate summaries and related outputs. AI output may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or different from the original source. You are responsible for reviewing original source material and verifying important facts, dates, figures, quotes, instructions, legal, medical, financial, tax, compliance, or other critical information before relying on a summary.
6. Subscriptions, Billing & Local Rights
Paid plans, billing, renewals, cancellations, taxes, and payment processing are handled through our checkout and billing providers. Prices, available payment methods, taxes, and currency handling may vary by location or provider rules. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protection, privacy, cancellation, refund, or statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable laws in Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, the Philippines, the United Arab Emirates, India, or any other jurisdiction that applies to you.
7. Service Availability & Third Parties
TurboSum relies on third-party services for hosting, authentication, AI models, transcription, text-to-speech, payment processing, YouTube or transcript processing, and other infrastructure. Service availability, features, processing speed, summaries, audio, search results, transcript availability, and supported payment methods may be affected by those providers, your network, browser restrictions, source platform limitations, maintenance, security controls, or legal requirements.
8. Governing Law & Regional Notices
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, except where mandatory local laws require otherwise. If you use TurboSum from Taiwan, Malaysia, the Philippines, the United Arab Emirates, India, or another location, local mandatory rights may also apply. The Privacy Policy explains how TurboSum handles personal data, regional privacy notices, international transfers, local storage, and account or deletion requests.
Renewal Policy
1. All TurboSum Pro subscriptions renew automatically by default unless canceled before the next billing date. If you do not want your subscription to auto-renew, you can cancel at any time by clicking the Manage Subscription link in the header above.
2. If you cancel your subscription, you will still retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. Seven (7) days before each renewal, we will send an email that explicitly states the exact date your card will be charged next, the exact amount that will be charged, and that you can use the Manage Subscription link in the header above for any billing changes.
Refund Policy
1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
2. Refund Eligibility
Due to the high computational costs of AI services, we generally do not offer refunds for completed billing cycles. TurboSum relies on third-party providers (such as YouTube and Google AI); while we strive for maximum uptime, temporary service interruptions caused by third-party platform changes (e.g., YouTube bot detection or API deprecations) do not qualify for a full refund. This policy does not limit any mandatory refund, cancellation, consumer protection, or statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable local law. For specific technical issues or pro-rated refund requests, please contact our support team.
